OkCupid - Hit For Coffee

We've talked about introductions plenty of times throughout the life of this blog. Apparently there is no change in the struggle to make an introduction. OkCupid recently made it a bigger deal to be able to respond to other's photos that are on their profile. That can be cool at times, if the person actually says something about your photo. Today the radiologist decided to respond to a photo without actually saying anything about the photo.

Hiking Hualapai Mountains

I always said I would do hiking posts on this blog and now it is happening! It has only taken me almost forever but thank you to everyone on Twitter who voted in the poll I put up. So for these hiking posts I think if anything you can always expect pictures. Be sure to let me know in the comments if there's anything else you think I should include about the hikes. Now, let's get to the hike!

Practice Making Children

Today's post isn't from one of the dating apps because what was said to me was said to my face. Gasp! Flirting in real life? I guess that still happens sometimes. When was the last time that happened? Not for a good long while. It was at least an attempt at flirting in real life. We're going to go over why it didn't work and what was so terrible about it. Brace yourselves because it's pretty bad.

Tinder - 100 Proof Gambling

I'm not going to lie. This is a profile that came up while I was traveling but it stood out to me because it made me angry from the guy's picture alone. Why is that? Well, I'm an Ohio State Buckeye fan. For those of you who don't know that is a college football team. The guy in the dating profile is a Michigan fan. Something you need to know is that Michigan and Ohio are big rivals so that was all ready a turn off. Then I got to read his profile and it just got even worse. Let's break it down.

Coffee Meets Bagel - Makeout Pictures

When you use Coffee Meets Bagel you get one guy as a potential match every 24 hours. That's just sort of how it goes in order to make connections more meaningful and hopefully long lasting. There is a Discover mode though where you can use your coffee beans (that you get for free using the app but you can also pay real money to buy them) to pay to like someone. I had no possible matches so I was given the option to go to Discover and select a guy to like for free! Now that I'm explaining this it sounds quite weird to pay to like people but that is not the point of today's story. No, it's about bad photos as profile pictures.
