Peaky Blinders Season 4 Spoiler Free Review

I just had a thought to do this because I love Peaky Blinders and the newest season was recently released just in time for Christmas. I actually haven't seen much about it online, which is disappointing to me because it was truly amazing. So I decided to type up a spoiler free review for anyone who is possibly interested in watch. That means, if you are interested in watching you should definitely give it a chance. You won't regret it. I give it a 10/10, would recommend.

Now, those of you who did watch the end of season three surely you were stuck in the same conundrum I was. You were questioning what Thomas Shelby was doing. You were wondering how he could give his family up like that. Then you were wondering what could possibly happen to save his family from the conundrum he put them in. Let me just tell you this fourth season is full of shocks and surprises. If anything keep in mind that during this whole season Shelby Limited is dealing with the workers on strike so that leads to more drama during all the events I do mention.

Episode 1: The Noose

It is Christmas time and all the family receive a threat. Basically their past has come back to haunt them, which isn't surprising in this series. Everyone in the family has managed to piss off someone but finding out who it is and what it is going to bring back makes things all the more interesting. Now there is a death, so be prepared for that. I'm not going to tell you who dies but I can't imagine that being a spoiler. There is plenty of death in this series.

Episode 2: Heathens

Now it is because of that death from the first episode that the family is called back into action. They aren't on the best terms though, all things considered, so you realize that some aren't exactly on the same page with planning to keep everyone safe. This leads you to believe that something else is going on because betrayal can happen.

Episode 3: Blackbird

There's some problems going on at the Shelby factories which leads to someone else being hired in order to keep the family safe. I'm not going to tell you who gets hired but if you watch a lot of tv you might not be surprised. The actor playing the character is quite fitting. Anyway, why put your life on the line when you can pay someone else to protect you? However, old habits die hard and not all the Shelby's want to stay in the shadows.

Episode 4: Dangerous

That threat to the Shelby family is becoming more and more bold trying to lure one of the Shelby's into a trap. The threat wants the entire Shelby family dead but will they succeed? There's just more pain and drama coming because the whole family not being on board with Tommy's plan makes things just a bit more difficult.

Episode 5: The Duel

Tommy isn't afraid of the threat and goes head to head with them even when out numbered. It's quite the fight to watch as Tommy is alone but you know he isn't one to give up easily. The threat decides to approach Alfie for help, which makes you question who Alfie is loyal to. At this point it is hard to know who has who's back.

Episode 6: The Company

The help that the Shelby family got to protect them wants more in return for protection than money so a boxing match is arranged. It is at this match that things go awry because it is all just a front for something else. You know, things can never be what they appear because that would be far too easy. This final episode is going to leave you shocked and surprised. I don't want to spoil anything so enjoy

I know my episode run downs aren't everything but if it gets you the tiniest bit interested then you need to watch. The cast this season is fantastic. Cillian Murphy in glasses is great and you're seeing him try to be something more in his usual Thomas Shelby manner. Tom Hardy is back to play Alfie and his character is just so unpredictable yet full of wisdom he is great. Adrien Brody is brought into the mix this season as the threat and it is so shocking to see how he acts you sort of fall in love with him and his character. Helen McCrory is fantastic as usual and to watch her play her character losing their grasp on things is a sight to behold.

In short, watch this season of Peaky Blinders. You won't be sorry. Have any of you seen Peaky Blinders season 4 all ready? What did you think of it? If you haven't seen it what is holding you back? Let me know in the comments below! (:
